- Platform refers to the Trackfloworavex website, online learning environment, and all associated services accessible at trackfloworavex.com.
- User refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise interacts with the Platform.
- Account refers to the registered profile created by a User to access protected areas of the Platform.
- Content refers to all text, video, audio, code, graphics, course materials, and any other material made available through the Platform.

By creating an Account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you enter into a binding agreement with Trackfloworavex under these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all Users regardless of the nature or extent of their use.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. When changes are made, the updated date shown at the top of this page will reflect the revision. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Eligibility
You must meet the following conditions to use the Platform:
- You must be at least 16 years of age. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform for a violation of these terms.
- Your use of the Platform must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your location.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration
Certain features of the Platform require you to register and maintain an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your Account with any other person. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account credentials.
4.3 Account Termination by User
You may request the deletion of your Account at any time by contacting us at contact@trackfloworavex.com. Upon deletion, your access to enrolled courses and saved progress may be permanently removed.
5. Permitted Use
The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may access and use the Content made available to you through your enrollment solely for your own learning. You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written authorization.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its services.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract Content or data from the Platform.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software through the Platform.
- Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, lectures, source code examples, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of Trackfloworavex or its licensors. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms of Use transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
6.2 Limited License
Upon enrollment in a course, Trackfloworavex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the associated Content for your personal educational use only. This license does not include the right to download, record, reproduce, or redistribute Content unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit any content to the Platform, including comments, questions, or code samples, you grant Trackfloworavex a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce such content in connection with operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 Pricing
Prices for courses and services are displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Trackfloworavex reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, though changes will not affect purchases already completed.
7.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. Trackfloworavex does not store full payment card details on its servers.
7.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at contact@trackfloworavex.com within 14 days of your purchase, providing your order details and the reason for your request. Refunds will not be issued for Content that has been substantially accessed or downloaded where technically feasible to determine.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Trackfloworavex does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers
The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Trackfloworavex does not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- The Content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.
- Any specific learning outcomes or results will be achieved through use of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trackfloworavex disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trackfloworavex and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms of Use exceed the total amount paid by you to Trackfloworavex in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trackfloworavex and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Suspension and Termination
Trackfloworavex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform, other Users, or Trackfloworavex. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
14. Modifications to the Platform
Trackfloworavex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, including the availability of any feature, course, or Content. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of significant changes where practicable, but are not obligated to do so.
15. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Trackfloworavex with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Trackfloworavex to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
